Adobe did not "fire" the RoboHELP development team. The entire group simply left to form their own company... maybe because Adobe was losing interest in RoboHELP. Whatever the reason they left, the result is a new direction, a much, much better product, and a great future for technical writing. Adobe RoboHELP is not dead, it just has a new name — Madcap FLARE. Adobe did not “fire” the RoboHELP development team. The entire group simply left to form their own company… maybe because Adobe was losing interest in RoboHELP.

Whatever the reason they left, the result is a new direction, a much, much better product, and a great future for technical writing.
